Biography

Laura focuses primarily on oil paintings and mixed media. Her abstract work is hung throughout galleries in Chicago, as well as many commissioned pieces hung in homes across the country. Laura began studying art in Santa Barbara, CA where she drew inspiration from the culture and natural beauty of the area. After moving back home to Chicago, she graduated in 2005 from Columbia College, Chicago with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. One of the true up and coming artists on the national scene, Laura excels at creating pieces that fit each individual's taste and imagination.
